A non-selling real estate consultant could save you hundreds of dollars and dozens of headaches.
Probably at no cost to you!
Call to arrange a consultation and receive the free book:
" Questions you should ask before you buy , build or sell real estate."
Years ago while I was sitting in a real estate continuing education course, it dawned on me that it is the consumer who should be hearing this information before they purchase their house.
After 15 years of selling real estate- today I limit myself to teaching real estate courses to other agents and teaching, consulting and referring consumers to qualified agents who have a good history.
I still believe that the consumer should have an opportunity to get a good education covering the potential hazards of buying a house. I have chosen RTA Real Estate Consultants as the avenue of getting the information to the consumer.
Along with much of the information that is taught in agent's classes, you will receive my book which includes a methodical guide to evaluating houses plus numerous interesting stories of bad real estate
deals.
**********************************************
Many agents are reluctant to discuss the questions I approach in my book and in my consulatation because of many factors.
They include:
1**Agents are constantly being warned that they are not licensed experts in many areas and therefore are assuming unnecessry responsibility or even mis-representing themselves and their jobs if they discusss certain subjects.
I agree.
But the consumer does need someone to guide them to ask about certain things such as inadequate local water supplies, local crime rates and hazardous building materials, such as aresenic in treated lumber.
RTA does not offer answers--just questions.
2**Your agent may or may not be able to advise you on various material facts but they are limited in
their time restraints, their knowledge and maybe by their legal obligations.**
3**Most agents should welcome this service because as an educated consumer you will know the responsibilities and obligations of the agent, the inspectors, the service personnel and the buyer.
We feel that we take many responsibilities off of agents.
**********************************************************************************
We believe we provide a gap between the agents duties and abilities, and the consumers need and right to know.
We feel that this is a valuable service to the consumer and ask you to call or e-mail with your questions.
Since we want to talk to you uninterrupted please leave a number and a good call back time.
